EDUCATION SECTOR

Since 2013, PT KNI has carried out community development programs in the education sector. This program aims to provide quality education in accordance with SDGs Goal 4 (Quality Education) in the forms of the following programs.

Capacity Building for Science Teachers in the form of STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematic) Training with learning materials about renewable energy. There are already 32 teachers and 9 schools that have been given laboratory equipment (STELR Kit Equipment).

STEM House, which is a form of synergy program with Bontang Municipal government, is a program planning that will build STEM House as the first Learning Science Center in East Kalimantan, aiming to improve the learning quality of both academic qualifications and competence and professionalism of science teachers.
