Letjen TNI (Purn) Sugiono
President Commissioner
Passed the National Military Academy in 1971, worked his way up in the Army and held several positions including: Paspampres Commander, Commander of the Army Strategic Reserve Command, Deputy Army Chief of Staff and Secretary General of the Department of Defense before retiring.
Brigjen TNI (Purn) Mazni Harun
Commissioner
Graduated from the National Military Academy in 1974, pursued a career in the Indonesian Army and served as, among others: Dan Yon Arhanud, UN Peacekeeping Officer in Bosnia, Danrem Riau Pekanbaru, Asintel Kodam V Jaya and Director of BAIS ABRI before retiring.
Ir. Antung Pandoyo

He graduated from ITB Industrial Engineering in 1973, worked in marketing in national and multi-national companies, ICI Product Manager in the UK, ICI Chief Representative in Indonesia, Managing Director of PT Orica Resindo Mahakam, Director of Orica Mining Service and held the position of President Director of PT KNI until his retirement in May 2018.
Bertus de Villiers
Commissioner
Appointed as Vice President Continuous Manufacturing in February 2020. He is also holding several directorships for Orica owned entities, including being a member on the board of the Yarra Pilbara Nitrates JV. Bertus holds a master's degree in metallurgical engineering (University of Pretoria) and master's degree of Business Leadership (University of South Africa).
Damien Marik

Damien is Orica’s Vice President for Asia. In his more than 23 years with Orica, Damien has worked across Australia and Asia in a range of technical, operational, business development, and senior business leadership roles and holds multiple directorships across Orica’s businesses in Mongolia, China, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. He was appointed as Commissioner of PT KNI in May 2026.

Graduated from the National Military Academy in 1974. He pursued a career as an Indonesian Navy officer and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Surabaya. Previously, he served at PT PAL, he was a Rector of the Navy Institute of Technology, and Director of Engineering & Industry at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia
James Tiedgen

He has been with Orica since 2011 and currently serves as the Area Business Manager for Indonesia. In his role, he oversees the company's operations, leads customer activities, manages business partnerships, and leads a team of over 800 employees.
Bakat Hadi
Director
Bakat Hadi is the Vice President SHES, Operations and Manufacturing Asia. He brings over 24 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, spanning paper, resin, and ammonium nitrate. He has been with Orica for more than 18 years, including over 16 years with PT Kaltim Nitrate Indonesia (KNI) in Bontang, where he has held various roles ranging from engineer to senior leadership positions. He was appointed as Director of PT KNI in May 2026.
